All products are requested for Return Merchandise Authorization for returning.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, chargers,
and all other items originally included with the product, it will influence the future process.

After we receiving it, we will resend to you and bear the resending shipping cost on our side.

3. Get the replacement or Refund.
Orientdeal will arrange for resending or refund upon receiving your return package within 1-3 business days.
