When you choose Express shipping way like DHL, Fedex, UPS and EMS, When you receive the parcel, please open the parcel in the face of delivery person, if it have below problem, please refuse to accept the parcel. Beside, please email to service@orientdeal.com to let us know that the parcel is refused for item missing or item broken.

1. The item quantity is not correct---if you find the item is missing, please refuse to accept the parcel.

2. The item screen like tablet PC is broken, Please refuse to accept the parcel.

If you sign the airway bill, then find something missing or broken, we can not take responsibility for it. So please make sure you check the item quantity and screen status before signing the airway bill.

1) What is the OrientDeal shipping method?
OrientDeal support below shipping methods, please choose the shipping way before checking out for the order: 

A. Ship by  Post Register Airmail:

Generally shipping time 12-15 working days depend on the destination country.

B.Ship by Singapore EMS International Express Mail:

Generally shipping time 7-12 working days depend on the destination country.

For post and Singapore EMS, we usually write 50% invoice cost of the item, if customer country need to pay the tax, it is customer's duty to pay the tax.

C. Ship by DHL:

4-6 days International Express after shipping out.If you choose this shipping way, It is customer's duty to do the import and pay the tax in your country. We usually write 50% of the item cost, so the customer can reduce the tax cost

D.Ship by UPS:4-6 days International Express after shipping out.If you choose this shipping way, It is customer's duty to do the import and pay the tax in your country. We usually write 50% of the item cost, so the customer can reduce the tax cost.

Note About Custom Tax: 

Does the shipping cost include local tax, import duties, and customs clearance costs?

The shipping cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance costs charged by your country Custom. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 For airmail or registered airmail free shipping method, our warehouse people will declare low value(20 USD or less) and the name of " gift" for you without informing you as our years' of custom experience declaration telling us that declare like that can help customers avoid or lower down the tax.

But here we want to state that we are not 100% sure it can totally avoid tax which might be charged by your local custom referring to your country custom policy. For more information, you can call the custom office to consult.

Therefore, if you have any special requirement about the declaration for your order, please let us know immediately after placing the order.

For fast shipping method (DHL or EMS) has been chosen, customers should note that you are responsible for paying tax if any. More custom clearance details please contact your local custom agency.If you have any proper declaration advice, please do inform us immediately after placing the order.If you refuse to sign the package or clear the custom just because of the tax affairs, there will be huge returning shipping fee and retuning tax cost, in this case, Orientdeal service people will inform you to pay for all the bills.


2) How to check shipping cost?

If you wish to find out the shipping cost for one or more products to your location, please add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart an proceed to the checkout where the full shipment cost will be made clear before completing your order.

Note: The shipping cost we showed online do not contain the remote shipping cost. That is to say, if your shipping address is remote country for DHL, UPS, Fedex, there will be extra remote shipping cost requested. We will send email to you to request the remote shipping cost accordingly if it is.

 When will the goods be delivered?

We will arrange shipping in 1-3 business days after the payment has cleared. The shipping time need to add the arranging 1-3 business days

We will update the tracking No in your Orientdeal account once your shipment has been dispatched. There are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our control.


3) : Where is the Goods shipped from?
Your Goods will be shipped from Hong Kong.


4) : How do I get my tracking number?
There is no tracking number for airmail service. But you can add fees to get tracking number during checkout. When order completed, we will send you tracking number information by email. You will also see the order tracking info at your OrientDeal account page. If you did not receive tracking number in 6th day after payment, please contact our customer service. 

6) How to check order status?
We understand that you are eager to know your order real time status. You can track order status from your OrientDeal account page, or you can check your email. We will update your order status on your account page at OrientDeal. Or if there is no tracking No in your Orientdeal account, you can send email to service@orientdeal.com to inquiry the status of your order.

7) : My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
When we deliver the package to post office, we will send you tracking number. But it takes 1-3 days for post office to put the tracking number on the online website to track. So please wait 1-3 days to track it online. During new year holiday or other holidays, it shall take more time to track. 

8) : Does OrientDeal deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Answer : Yes, but we deliver to APO/FPO addresses by airmail only, the EMS/DHL express will be not apply, please provide the detail address if you want order by express.

9) : Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
OrientDeal may decide to package your items separately due to weight, size concerns or some products out of stock. You can check from your order list which parts were sent separately.

10) : Does my express shipping option (EMS, DHL etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out before the normal?
Unfortunately it does not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 3-5 business days processing time-frame, regardless of the shipping option selected.

11) : Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

 For paypal payment way, we can only ship to paypal shipping address

For wire transfer and western union, we can change the shipping address if you want to.

But if the items is already shipped out, there wil be shipping address change charge fee by shipping company.

12) : What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, please check your order list to make sure order was sent in one packing, if separately, please be patience for another one. If all packages have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing clearly for small item.
If you are unable to locate the item at last, please take a photo which show any labels of the packing and email us.

13). What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don’t have my order?

If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package, please e-mail us.


14) What should I do, if I can not receive my package for a long time?

If you can't receive the package for a long time (more than 30 days), please inquire your mail in your local express company by your tracking number. Meanwhile, please inform us by Email immediately. We will contact the express company for the information for your parcel.

We are not responsible for the delivery delay caused on the misplay of order handle by customer (such as the incomplete information, the order by delete).

We are not responsible for service failures and losses caused by force majeure. These reasons include but not limit to: Natural disaster; war; Air disaster or Embargo ect force majeure; Inherent flaw of shipment; caused by feasance and nonfeasance by consignee, the third man, custom or outer government department.

15 ). Can you provide invoice for my order?

Yes. We can provide the proforma invoice.

If you need proforma invoice, please inform us by Email in time. We are not responsible for the problems caused by no required service or incorrect information.


16) : What is the Airmail?
Airmail (or air mail) is mail that is transported by aircraft. It typically arrives more quickly than surface mail, and usually costs more to send. Airmail may be the only option for sending mail to some destinations, such as overseas etc. 
Register Airmail is the mail which you can get the tracking number to track it on the website.
